For over thirty-five years Therese has worked with individuals and organizations who want positive change, healthy workplaces, and leadership grounded in integrity. Therese is experienced and highly skilled at navigating sensitive situations and building trust with all parties. Her experience allows her to effectively assess and address issues in a direct and practical manner. 

After a decade as a civil litigator, advising employers in the prevention of unlawful employment practices and defending employment-based cases, Therese launched NeuVest. For more than 25 years, corporations, organizations and boards have hired Therese as a neutral third-party fact-gatherer, trainer, coach, and facilitator.  

Therese brings the passion of being a lifelong learner, along with insatiable curiosity, to her professional and personal interactions and interests. She’s certified as a Brain-Based Coach by the NeuroLeadership Institute and EQ-I 2.0® / EQ 360® (Emotional Intelligence). Her work is further informed by her training as a yoga teacher (500 hour certification with additional trauma-informed training) and her two trauma-focused fiction writing: Rain and Revelation and Raven Creek.

She is the founder of BOLDLY RADIANT®, offering coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats to empower, energize, and elevate individuals around the things that matter most to them. She is passionate about empowering people on their unique journeys to enhance their joy and optimism.   

Therese currently serves as a board trustee of United Theological Seminary. Her previous board service includes terms at Illusion Theater and School, YWCA-Minneapolis, Pacer Center, and Urban League Twin Cities.

When Therese isn’t leading Bold conversations, she works on her third novel, travels, and spends time with her family and exuberant dogs.
