Tammy P. Friederichs
Tammy uses her experience as an employment law litigator and counselor to conduct neutral investigations in support of the resolution of employment issues. Prior to joining the NeuVest team, she was a partner and co-founder of Friederichs & Thompson law firm, which represented employees and employers in litigation, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to forming her firm, she worked for two employment law firms representing plaintiffs in employment litigation. Tammy is an adjunct professor, teaching legal research and writing at Mitchell Hamline College of Law in St. Paul.
Tammy has served as chair and a member of the board of directors of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau and the Hastings Youth Athletic Association and has been an active committee member with the Minnesota Women Lawyers and Hennepin County Bar Association.
Tammy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English—Writing Emphasis from St. Cloud State University, summa cum laude.
