Steven P. Aggergaard, Esq.
Steven P. Aggergaard uses his professional experience as a litigation attorney and journalist to conduct neutral workplace investigations.
Before joining NeuVest, Steve was a litigator at two Minneapolis law firms where workplace sexual-misconduct cases were a core part of his practice. Before becoming a lawyer, Steve was a newspaper editor and reporter for 14 years and gained extensive experience in neutral fact-gathering and presentation.
For four years, Steve has been an instructor and Visiting Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he has taught courses including legal research and writing, legal ethics, civil procedure, insurance law, and federal jurisdiction. He also taught journalism courses at Augsburg University for six years.
Steve has a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University.
He has been a tenor with the VocalEssence Chorus since 2004 and served as the chorus representative on the organization’s Board of Directors. Steve is an avid runner and has completed 20 marathons, including the Boston Marathon four times. He and his wife live in St. Paul.
