Steven P. Aggergaard, Esq.
Steven P. Aggergaard uses his professional experience as a litigation attorney and journalist to conduct neutral workplace investigations.
Before joining NeuVest, Steve was a litigator at two Minneapolis law firms where workplace sexual-misconduct cases were a core part of his practice. Before becoming a lawyer, Steve was a newspaper editor and reporter for 14 years and gained extensive experience in neutral fact-gathering and presentation.
Steve is a Minnesota Rule 114 qualified neutral. In addition, for 12 years he has taught full-time or part-time at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Augsburg University, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and most recently Southern New Hampshire University. He gives back to the community by working as an on-call substitute teacher in public schools and charter schools as time allows.
Steve has a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University.
He has been a tenor with the VocalEssence Chorus since 2004 and served as the chorus representative on the organization’s Board of Directors. Steve is an avid runner and has completed 20 marathons, including the Boston Marathon four times. He and his wife live in St. Paul.
