Phong Luong conducts neutral workplace investigations and trainings on several workplace topics.
Prior to joining NeuVest®, Phong was an attorney at Dunlap & Seeger, P.A. in Rochester, Minnesota, and at Yaeger, Jungbauer, & Barczak in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He also served as in-house counsel to the Service Employee’s International Union - Local 284. Phong’s law career has focused on representing individual and commercial clients in various aspects of civil litigation, including those related to employment and commercial disputes, railroad and labor law, creditors’ enforcement and bankruptcy, and personal injury. He has also provided training on how to conduct workplace investigations and disciplinary hearings, the intricacies of the collective bargaining process and agreements, and preparing for arbitration and mediation.
Phong graduated from Marycrest College, cum laude, in Davenport, Iowa, and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He has served as President of the Board of Directors for Ability Building Center, and chairperson for the St. John the Baptist School Board.
